Modules
- Comp Benchmarking – Aggregate job tracker salary bands + external APIs, log results in the Comp Benchmark Template. Include notes on hiring freezes, retention bonuses, or mentorship perks spotted in NewsCompass.
- Scenario Modeling – Evaluate cash vs. equity vs. benefits using the negotiation scenario calculator. Model at least three packages: baseline, stretch, and walk-away.
- Roleplay Scripts – Practice HR/manager, recruiter, and counter-offer conversations with prompts from
negotiation-roleplay-scripts.md(convert to docx when ready). - BATNA Builder – Clarify fallback options, minimum acceptable package, and timeline in the BATNA workbook.
Delivery Options
- Async Lab: Participants complete worksheets independently, submit artifacts, and receive FleetComms reminders at week 6 of Transition Ally.
- Facilitated Workshop: 60-minute live session with breakout roleplays, Slack threads for feedback, and office hours for complex scenarios.
