The Career Intelligence Index is the monthly PDF/email insert we send to HR and People Ops leaders. It distills the NewsCompass topics (workforce changes, talent growth, skills mentorship) into an easy-to-forward briefing.

  • Target audience: HR leadership, People Ops, CFO, comms partners.
  • Run cadence: Monthly (first Tuesday) with segmented versions per vertical.
  • Data sources: NewsCompass crawler, FleetBeacon open/click telemetry, macro labor metrics (BLS, Challenger Gray).

Structure

  1. Macro snapshot — national layoffs vs. hiring surges for the segment.
  2. Company highlight reel — top 5 signals (redeployment, mentorship pods, reskilling funds).
  3. Action plan — recommended programming (Skill Sprint pairings, Transition Ally triggers).
  4. Metrics summary — showing digest engagement + portal adoption.
